As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and team members remains our highest priority. We are doing everything we can to ensure your travel safety and provide maximum flexibility as the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve. The following information summarizes some of the changes you can expect when you arrive and throughout your stay.
General Property Information
The property has been thoroughly deep cleaned and sanitized. We have implemented an enhanced cleaning and sanitation schedule to ensure that all areas are frequently cleaned and disinfected utilizing CDC-compliant products.
Associates are required to wear face masks and frequently wash and sanitize their hands during their shifts. A hand sanitizer station will be available at the reception desk. Our team members will adhere to physical distancing protocols. Additionally, associates go through health screenings, including temperature checks, prior to starting their shifts. No associate will be allowed to work if they are sick or have been exposed to a person who has COVID-19.
For the comfort and safety of all, we respectfully request that you follow physical distancing guidelines by standing at least six feet away from other groups of people. We also request that you wear a face mask when in close proximity to any of our associates.
Guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and sanitized prior to your arrival, this includes all kitchen items (pots, pans, utensils and dishes). Adequate soap. new sponges, and new towels will be available for each guest. All bed linens and towels will be washed in accordance with the CDC guidelines.
